Morning Skin Hacks!!!

We all wake up sometimes feeling like we’d rather go back to sleep or even like we just got hit by a train! On mornings like that, it’s pretty unlikely we’d even want to put on makeup.  That’s why I have put together some of the best skin tricks to get your skin looking and feeling great! You don’t have to sit for an hour with cucumbers on you eyes either…

Hack 1 : Hydrate While You Sleep

Don’t waste time in the morning with moisturizer. Your skin will look even better if you pick a good moisturizer and let it sit overnight while you sleep. Always use SPF during the day. Tip – It’s better to apply to damp skin after you shower. And don’t forget to moisturize your neck and chest.

Hack 2 : Multitask On Your Skin

You can save time on lathering up with lotion by using a hydrating exfoliating body wash in the shower. Follow up with a shower body lotion that you will rinse off after you apply.

Hack 3 : Sleep With A Humidifier

Sleeping with a humidifier will help hydrate your skin overnight. Your skin will be less dry, itchy, and more supple. This is especially true in the winter, and it’ll cut time off your morning routine.

Hack 4 : Spot Treatment for Acne

Before bed, use a spot acne treatment containing a combination of sulfur and salicylic acid. After cleaning your face, use a Q-tip to apply a spot treatment directly to any new blemishes.

Hack 5 : Soothe Irritation

Use a loose mineral powder with titanium dioxide or zinc oxide to reduce redness on your face. Dust with these and you’ll get anti-inflammatory benefits that won’t clog your pores!
