Foods To Make Your Skin Glow!!!

Some foods contain vitamins, acids, and minerals that keep your skin healthy and glowing. Here are a few to try:

  • Yogurt, Milk, and other dairy products. These foods are rich in vitamin A, which keeps cell production under control. (Overproducing skin cells can lead to clogged pores.) A serving of yogurt each day can put you on the path to cleaner, smoother skin.
  • Blackberries, Blueberries, Strawberries, and Plums. Get a big dose of antioxidants by eating these fruits. Antioxidants help protect skin from sun damage.
  • Salmon, Walnuts, and Flaxseeds. The fatty acids in these foods strengthen skin cell walls. Strong cell walls keep more water in your skin. This makes your skin soft and smooth. So try snacking on a few flaxseed crackers or a handful of walnuts each day.
