Benefits of Coconut Oil


Coconut oil is quickly becoming one of my favorite products, as it has so many great uses! It is great for hair, skin, body…. the list goes on! Here are a few reasons why it has become so popular and how it could benefit you:


  • Coconut oil is naturally anti-bacterial and anti-fungal. In tropical parts of the world, it can be used to protect the skin from the sun’s harmful rays (SPF).
  • It’s full of vitamin E, great for repairing skin and preventing premature aging and wrinkling, among many other things!
  • Some psoriasis and eczema suffers can use it to treat their condition as well as healing any visible damage to the skin. It’s also great for anyone battling acne.
  • Coconut oil can be used as a makeup remover, leaving skin feeling soft and rejuvenated.
  • It’s great for chapped lips (perfect for the winter months!)
  • Coconut oil is packed full of protein, which keeps skin healthy and fresh.
  • You can even cook with coconut oil – it gives a quick energy boost!
